Our story

Made by someone who started from zero.

PaceOn began with one beginner learning to swim, ride and run at the same time, around a nine-to-five job, in the Dubai heat.

Where it started

Three sports, from scratch.

I started triathlon knowing nothing about swimming, cycling or running. I took on all three at once, and I had to get better at each of them in weeks that were already full with work.

The real constraint

A full week before the first session.

Every session had to fit around a nine-to-five job. Balancing my work and this new passion, week after week, was the first real challenge, and the first few weeks were the hardest.

How PaceOn helps

Train with a plan, not with guesswork.

Start with a plan

Week one is built from where you are today, with a clear path all the way to race day.

Adapt, don't skip

Busy day or a week gone sideways? Move or rebalance a session and the app recalculates your week, so the work isn't simply lost.

Build endurance safely

Volume grows step by step, with recovery weeks, strides and hill reps for strength, so your body adapts instead of breaking down.

Your plan, always at hand

Today's session on your phone, on your Garmin, or printed as a PDF with every detail.

Keeping the motivation

A start line to aim for.

A race on the calendar gives every week a purpose. Pick one, even a short one, and let the plan work back from race day.

  1. Starting out

Learn the basics and build a routine you can keep.

  2. Pick a race

A sprint triathlon, a 10K or a half: a date makes it real.

  3. Train with a plan

Load that builds, recovery weeks, then a taper.

  4. Race day

Arrive fresh, with your paces and fuel planned.

Why PaceOn

Once you progress, a plan and a coach become essential: to balance the sports, manage the load, keep improving and stay clear of injuries and burnout.

PaceOn is made for non-professional athletes, whether you've just started or you've been training for a while. It gives your week a plan to lean on, so you progress steadily and use your time well.

What it does for you

A plan that fits a real week.

A plan that flexes

Move a session, cancel it, or rebalance the weeks ahead. Your plan adjusts to the week you actually have.

Room for the rest of your life

Run with a club or a group? Add it, and your running plan rebuilds the week around it, keeping the load right.

A target to work toward

Pick your race and your goal. Every week builds toward it, and your race-day estimate updates as you train.

Works with your watch

Your data, already in your plan.

Connect your device and PaceOn reads how you actually train: your level, paces and heart-rate zones come from real runs, not guesses.

Connected

Your runs, heart rate, sleep and HRV shape your plan, and every workout goes straight to your watch.

Strava Coming soon

Bring in the activities you already log, from any device.

Watch Coming soon

Workouts, heart rate and sleep through Apple Health.

Also planned: COROS and Wahoo. No watch? A 30-minute fitness test sets your paces instead.Garmin, Strava and Apple Watch are trademarks of their respective owners.

See you at the start line.
